Ingredients

6 ripe tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, sliced into rings
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed or 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Combine vegetables in glass dish.
Mix other ingredients and bring to boil.
Boil 1 minute and pour immediately over vegetables.
Cover and chill.
