French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    8 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    6 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 slices toasted French bread
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced and cut in halves
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine oil and butter in a large Dutch oven. Heat until butter melts.
    Add onions and saute until tender. Add broth, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer soup mixture 20 minutes.
    Place toasted bread in individual soup bowls.
    Add soup and top with cheese slice.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
