Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle nuts over coconut.
Mix German chocolate cake according to directions.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix cream cheese and margarine.
Pour (spoon) powdered sugar over cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
This recipe will
serve 12 people.
