English Lemon Curd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    graham crackers
Preparation
    Melt margarine and sugar.
    While this is melting beat eggs and add slowly to mixture.
    Boil 5 minutes and add lemon juice.
    Boil another 5 minutes.
