Taco Twist Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (use 1/2 for less spicy taste)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. (8 oz.) corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream; place on bottom of 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
