Chris' Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except margarine and corn flakes.
Pour in a large casserole dish.
Top with the corn flakes tossed with the melted margarine.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
