Fried Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    6 potatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Place chopped potatoes in microwave dish.
    Cover and cook until done.
    May need to stir occasionally to separate since they are dry.
    Meanwhile, saute onions on low heat in olive oil until desired doneness; we like ours crisp.
    When potatoes are done, pour off any liquid that may have cooked out.
    Turn burner to medium high heat.
    Add potatoes to onions and brown.
    Delicious and great without all the fat.
