Piccalilli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. green tomatoes (10 c.), chopped
    1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 lb. onions (3 3/4 c.), chopped
    1/2 c. pickling salt, mixed well with prepared vegetables
    1 qt. cider vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. whole cloves
Preparation
    Mix together green tomatoes, red pepper, green peppers, onions and pickling salt.
    Cover and let stand overnight.
    Drain well.
