Bearden Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 (egg size) onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    5 whole bay leaves
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. whole allspice (using a tea ball)
Preparation
    Saute beef and onion just until red is gone.
    Drain fat.
    Add ingredients as listed.
    Cook 3 hours.
    Do not undercook; stir frequently the last hour.
    Freezes well.
    Can be served over spaghetti with grated cheese and extra chopped onion, if desired.
