Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 box cake mix (yellow or white), sifted
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 sticks butter or margarine (firm, not melted)
Preparation
    Layer pie filling and pineapple in ungreased cake pan (9 x 13 x 2-inch) or tube pan.
    Sprinkle cake mixture over this, next a layer of nuts.
    Slice butter and put on nuts.
    Do not stir or mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
