Mexican Pico De Gallo (Salsa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 - 5 c. tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 - 2 jalapeno, seeded and diced (or more if desires)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 med onion, diced
    1/3 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving to blend flavors.
