Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. light brown sugar
    6 c. catsup
    6 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili
    3 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. onion salt
    1/4 c. minced onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook at medium heat until it starts to bubble, then turn to low and cook for 15 minutes.
    Let cool; store in 1 gallon jug or other suitable container.
    Need not be refrigerated.
    When used in cooking meat, mix sauce half and half with vinegar.
    Great for dipping meat or cooking.
