Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 10 oz pkg chinese noodles
    2 T rice vinegar
    1 T chili oil
    2 T soy sauce
    1/4 c sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 T cider vinegar
    1 t dijon mustard
    1 T honey
    2 cans chicken (may substitute turkey or tuna)
    1 pkg frozen peas, thawed
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can black pitted olives
    1 medium lemon-juiced
Preparation
    Cook noodles for 3-4 minutes, rinse with cold water.
    Add a tablespoon sesame oil.
    Mix next 10 ingredients together.
    Pour over noodles, add chicken, peas, olives and water chestnuts. Serve chilled.
