Barbecue Tuna(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 oz. tuna
    8 oz. tomato juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1/2 stalk celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    Texas Pete hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients until celery and bell pepper turn color, about 10 or 15 minutes.
