Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 bunches broccoli, cut small head only
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. white raisins
    6 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 pkg. Equal
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix and toss first 5 ingredients, then mix together mayonnaise, Equal and vinegar; pour over broccoli.
    Better to refrigerate overnight.
    Re-toss before serving.
    May use more mayonnaise if more broccoli is used.
