Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 pkg. dry lyslou onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1 chicken, cut up (8)
    butter
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam.
    Mix rice, onion soup, mushroom soup and water together until well blended.
    Place chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Brush chicken pieces with 1/4 cup of melted butter and bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until chicken is browned and rice mixture is thickened.
