Brie With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5-inch) round brie
    1 jar raspberry preserves
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
    1/3 c. cooking wine or water to thin
Preparation
    Place round brie on cookie sheet in oven at 400\u00b0 for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    Saute onion in pan until soft, not brown.
    Add orange juice.
    Stir well.
    Add in preserves and cooking wine or water.
    Simmer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
    Place hot brie on serving plate.
    Immediately pour raspberry sauce over and serve with crackers.
