Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. pineapple juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool thoroughly.
Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar well.
Spread over cooled crust and refrigerate.
Heat pineapple juice.
Dissolve jello and remove from heat.
Chill well before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
