Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. popped corn
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. syrup (Mrs. Butterworth)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix syrup, sugar, vinegar, salt and butter in a 2-quart saucepan, stirring constantly.
Bring mixture to a boil over a medium heat.
Boil gently until mixture reaches hard crack stage in water or 290\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Add soda and mix well. Pour foamy mixture over popped corn and stir well.
