Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. fines herbes
    paprika
Preparation
    Gently wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Add mushroom caps and saute over medium heat for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; let cool.
    Combine butter, cheese, onion and fines herbes.
    Stuff in caps; sprinkle with paprika. Broil until bubbly.
    Makes approximately 28.
