Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1 tsp. sugar, salt, milk and water
    1 qt. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white stiff.
    Add sugar, salt, milk and water.
    Mix and pour over pecan halves.
    Place in roasting pan lined with foil.
    Spray foil with Pam.
    Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
