Low-Fat Fettuccine Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    3 oz. finely sliced ham, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. cooked chopped broccoli
    1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 c. cooked fettuccine
Preparation
    In blender, combine Ricotta cheese and milk and process until smooth; set aside.
