Green Chili Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole corn, drained
    1 large can green chilies (whole)
    approximately 1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make a white sauce of milk and flour, beating in eggs to thicken.
    When thickened, stir in corn.
    Butter a 4-quart casserole.
    Put about 1/3 of the corn mixture in bottom.
    Top with a layer of green chilies, then a layer of cheese.
    Repeat until corn is gone. Top off with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
