Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans chicken stock
2 c. chopped onion
4 c. chopped broccoli
4 c. milk
8 Tbsp. butter
8 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Simmer chicken stock, onion and broccoli 15 minutes.
Put into a bowl.
In same saucepan, combine milk, butter and flour until thick.
Combine stock, broccoli and onion mixture with milk mixture.
Heat until thickened.
Serves 8 to 10.
