Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 1/2 cup shortening
    1 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients until well mixed.
    Then beat 1 egg, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 cup water and add all at once to flour mixture and mix to consistency for rolling.
    (This can be stored in plastic bag in refrigerator for later use if not all used at once.)
