Carrot Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. carrot pieces
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve liquid for cream cheese frosting)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Put all remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process 3 cycles at grind or until carrots are chopped coarsely. Stir carrot mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.
