Pink Lemonade Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk, chilled
    red food coloring
    1 (9-inch) pie crust shell, baked
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and undiluted lemonade concentrate in saucepan.
    Place over low heat.
    Stir constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
    Chill, stirring occasionally, until completely cooled.
    Pour chilled evaporated milk into chilled mixing bowl; beat at high speed of mixer until stiff, about 5 minutes.
    Fold in cooled gelatin mixture.
    Add a few drops of food coloring to make pink.
    Put in crust.
    Chill for about 2 hours.
