Total Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. catfish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of freshly ground pepper
1 egg white
1/3 c. Total cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 400\u00b0.
Wash and dry fillets
and
cut into serving pieces.
Season with salt and pepper in egg white and coat
with Total cornflake crumbs.
Arrange in
a
single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
Bake
for about 30 minutes or until it looks brown and crispy.
