Peppered Deer Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 c. oil
2 large deer steaks, cubed
1 c. onions
1 c. green peppers
1 stalk celery
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 cans tomatoes
Preparation
-
Saute steaks in soy sauce, garlic and oil for at least 1 hour. Place in skillet with onions, peppers and celery.
Cook on high and brown, then simmer with remaining ingredients until done. Pour over rice.
