Pear, Endive And Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pears (in juice), drained and sliced
    1 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
    1 c. watercress
    1 c. endive
    8 oz. peppercorn dressing
Preparation
    Arrange greens on salad plates.
    Top with sliced pears, toasted pecans and 2 ounces peppercorn dressing.
    Yields 4 servings.
