Ingredients

2 large pkg. Nestle butterscotch morsels
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. white vinegar

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients in a very heavy boiler until smooth and well blended.
