Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 celery ribs
    1 large onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    12 green onions
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 lb. spinach
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 lb. round steak, sliced thinly
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Slice celery, onion, mushrooms, green onions and water chestnuts.
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet.
    Brown meat and push to side of pan.
    Add all vegetables except spinach.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and let cook 5 minutes.
    Add spinach, cover and cook 5 minutes more.
    Serve with boiled rice.
