Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. oil (vegetable)
    6 oz. plain yogurt or 2/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Slightly beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix Bisquick, sugar, oil and yogurt in a mixing bowl; stir. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full (muffin cups should be lined or lightly greased).
    Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
