Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice and rind, pinch of salt and margarine.
    Add hot water and stir thoroughly.
    Cook over medium heat until thick, but do not boil. Serve over cake or pudding.
