Jack'S Chinese Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
    salt
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    5 green onions
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. wine
    1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips.
    Mix together salt, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice and lemon pepper.
    Put chicken into mixture.
    Put oil in skillet and add chicken.
    Cook half done and remove from skillet.
    Pour in more oil.
    Add mushrooms, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, Accent, sugar, wine, hoisin sauce and black pepper.
    Put chicken back into skillet and cover and simmer until done.
    Thicken by adding 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
