Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. hot dogs, sliced
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 medium cooked and diced potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 can drained green beans
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt oleo in small pan.
    Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in mayo.
    Fold in rest; pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
