Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken wings, separated into 2 parts, as many as you wish to cook
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and marinate chicken for 1 hour. Bake on tinfoil-lined baking sheet at 350\u00b0, pouring off fat occasionally.
Cook until as crisp as you like.
