Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 c. bread flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 egg
Preparation

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast; blend well.
In small saucepan, heat water, milk and margarine until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Add warm liquid and egg to flour mixture.
Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
By hand, stir in 3 to 4 cups of flour until dough pulls cleanly away from sides of bowl.
