Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 to 2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef in large kettle.
    Drain and add onions.
    Cook until onions are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Ladle into bowls.
    Add cheese.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
