Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
dash of salt
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place in saucepan the milk, sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. First add only enough milk to make a paste.
Add egg and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to keep from scorching. When thick, remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla.
Pour into a baked 8-inch pie shell and let cool completely.
