Pork Chop And Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

4 large pork chops
4 slices bacon
1/3 c. flour
salt
pepper
paprika
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Fry bacon and pork chops in hot bacon drippings until brown on both sides.
Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat until chops are tender, about 30 minutes.
Stir flour into fat (oil) and cook until browned.
Pour milk over chops and simmer until gravy is thickened.
Crumble the crisp bacon on top.
