Raisin Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    9 tsp. baking powder
    10 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and shortening.
    Add milk and eggs and mix well.
    Stir in flour and baking powder.
    Roll dough thin and cut into circles.
    Put 2 circles together with filling in center and pinch outer edge shut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until bottoms are slightly brown.
