Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 tomatoes, cut up
1 carrot, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix sugar, vinegar and celery seed.
Pour over vegetables and let stand overnight or a few hours.
