Blueberry Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; beat until light.
Add egg and again beat until light.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with orange juice.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into paper-lined muffin tins.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
