Heavenly Hawaiian Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. drained maraschino cherries, sliced
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/4 c. slivered blanched almonds, toasted
    shredded coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
    Combine pineapple, reserved syrup, marshmallows and cherries; mix lightly.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with almonds and coconut.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
