Sweetened Whipped Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chilled whipping cream
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl with chilled rotary beater or mixer.
Beat until cream stands in peaks when beater is slowly lifted upright.
Beat confectioners sugar and vanilla extract into whipped cream with final few strokes.
