Gar Bowlette Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground garfish
    3 large onions
    1 c. instant potatoes
    3 celery stems
    4 garlic cloves
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 eggs
    flour (enough to roll balls or patties in)
Preparation
    Grind bacon, celery, garlic and onions.
    Mix well with garfish, pepper, salt and potatoes.
    Add 2 eggs; mix real good.
    Make 2-inch balls and pat into patties or leave as a ball.
    Use flour to roll them in and fry in hot oil.
    Makes 65 or 75 depending on size.
