Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate morsels
2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. candied cherries, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Grease a 10 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and line with 3 layers of waxed paper.
Set oven at 325\u00b0.
Into bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in chocolate, walnuts and fruits.
In another bowl, beat eggs well. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in flour mixture.
Pour into pans. Bake 1 1/2 hours in preheated oven.
