Chanukah Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pitted prunes
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick sweet butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In saucepan bring 1 cup of water and prunes to boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
    Drain and mash prunes.
    Add cinnamon, orange peel, lemon juice, sugar and butter; mix well.
