Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. Dream Whip
    juice of 1 lemon or lemon juice
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. flaked coconut
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 c. water
    1 large angel food cake
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, pineapple with juice and lemon juice. Chill, but not solid, sort of juicy.
    Whip 2 packages Dream Whip and fold into Jell-O mixture.
    Break cake into 15 x 4 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour 1/2 gelatin mixture in.
    Add another layer of cake pieces.
    Add rest of gelatin mixture.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Whip third package of Dream Whip and spread on top. Chill.
